I’ve always loved creating.
Whether it was something for my home or just experimenting with new ideas, I’ve always been drawn to making things myself—especially when it comes to creating a space that feels cozy and lived in.
And I’ve always been someone who cares about what goes into my home.
That really started to grow in college, when I became more interested in sustainability and “crunchy” living—paying attention to ingredients, materials, and the things we often overlook.
But after becoming a mom, that awareness shifted into something deeper.
I started thinking more intentionally about what I was bringing into our home—especially the everyday things like candles, cleaning products, and skincare. The more I looked into it, the more I realized how many of these products contain ingredients that are considered “normal,” but don’t necessarily feel good or safe long-term.
Between that and navigating my own health—especially with endometriosis—I found myself becoming even more mindful of things that could trigger flare-ups or add unnecessary stress to my body.
So instead of constantly searching for something that felt right, I started creating it myself.
What began as a personal shift—wanting a home that felt clean, safe, and comforting—slowly turned into Thread & Crumb.
what we make
Thread & Crumb was created to bring comfort into your home in a cleaner, more intentional way.
Our candles are made with a blend of beeswax and grass-fed tallow, paired with carefully selected essential oils and fragrance oils that are always phthalate-free, paraben-free, and vetted for quality.
We believe in being transparent about what goes into our products, and in keeping things simple—no unnecessary extras, no hidden ingredients.
Just thoughtfully made pieces designed to be part of your everyday life.
what we believe
Your home should feel like a place you can fully relax in.
Not something you have to second guess.
Whether it’s lighting a candle at the end of the day, resetting your space, or creating small moments of calm in a busy life—those things matter more than we give them credit for.
Thread & Crumb exists to support those moments.
